Obituary

Arnold Ernest Sole also known as "Buzz", born to Ernest Arnold Sole and Marion Phylis Sole in Geneva Nebraska on the day of September 12th in 1952 has passed away. Arnold had lost his life at the age of 72 years old on July 7th, 2025; his family and friends lost a beloved husband, father, honest friend, grandfather and so much more.

Buzz, a committed man, had married in his young adult life to his High School sweetheart DeBorah Ann Sole. Their love went strong for nearly 52 years, something DeBorah will always hold dear to her heart after the loss of her best friend. Arnold and DeBorah had four children during their time together, Jayle Sole, Larissa Sole, Shawn Sole and Britany Sole-Campbell, who will forever cherish their fathers memory and never let it be forgotten. Before passing, Arnold had a total of fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren who all had once entertained his humor that will now be missed.

In 1971 Arnold Sole joined the Army and served an entire 20 years having ranked up to an E5 after then retiring. During his service he spent two years in Korea and two tours of duty that amounted to a total of eight years in Germany. After retirement from the military he worked a bit for the retail industry in the sporting goods department and then specialized as a craftsman working as an Engraver at Biringer's, a local locksmith business in Leavenworth, KS. Retiring for good after working as an Engraver he then spent the rest of his time with his family.

Some of Arnold's favorite hobbies were camping, fishing, reading and taking walks while always bringing along as much family as he could. He enjoyed listening to Rock and Roll and liked to watch shows such as Star Trek, Naked and Afraid, and Homestead Rescue. Some of his most common sayings were "If mama ain't happy no one is happy" and "The more the merrier". He loved his big family and they all loved him.

Arnold Ernest Sole will be missed,

rest in peace.
