Arthur Ray "Buddy" Thomas, 76, of Leavenworth, Kansas died February 5, 2023 at Providence Medical Center. He was born on May 17, 1946 to Luther H. and Zora E. (Barkley) Thomas.

Buddy is survived by his two brothers, David (Cherie) Thomas of Leavenworth and Jesse Thomas of Longmont, Colorado, one sister, Lorretta Zeck of Leavenworth and several nieces and nephews, as well as several friends at Hillcrest Manor.

Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, John Thomas and Luther Jr. Thomas, four sisters, Bessie Kell, Norma Jean MacGinnis, Elizabeth Ann Thomas and Patty Lou Thomas, five nephews, Christopher Kell, Wayne Kell, Jeff Kell, Curt Thomas, Harley "Butch" Riedinger, Albert "Bucky" Riedinger and one niece, Pamela Jean Morman, two sister-in-laws, Trudy Kay Thomas and Barbara Ann Thomas.

Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023 from 4 to 7 P.M. at Davis Funeral Chapel. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Please meet us at the Cemetery, there will not be a procession.

Donations may be given to Davis Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
