Clifton L. Lowe, Jr., 80, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020 in Topeka Kansas. Clifton had a couple nicknames, old man and Clif.

Clifton was born to Clifton L. Lowe, Sr. and Helen M. Lowe on June 10, 1940 in Leavenworth, Kansas.

Clifton married Juanita R. Lowe.

Clifton retired from Kansas Department of Transportation. He has resided in Overbrook, Kansas as well as Leavenworth Kansas.

Clifton enjoyed being outside, loving nature, and raising animals of all kinds.

Clifton is preceded in death by his spouse, Juanita R. Lowe, a son, Tim Lowe, a grandson, Kyle Lowe, and his parents.

Clifton is survived by three children, Patty Cleaver of Overbrook, Kansas, Randy Lowe of Kansas City, Kansas, and Daniel Lowe, Sr. of Arkansas, his sister, Ann (James) Skaggs of Missouri, many grandchildren, and great- grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21, 2020 at Davis Funeral Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Graveside service will be held at Fall Creek Cemetery on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 11:00 A.M.
