Debra L. Hamilton with her mother by her side, went to be with her Lord & Savior June 2, 2022.
Born October 2, 1963 at Ft. Leavenworth, KS to Linda L. (Swartz) & David L. Hamilton. She was raised in a loving & Christian home by her mother and Step Father Max Morris in Leavenworth. She is proceeded in death by her Father David Hamilton, Step Father Donald A Stiles, Aunts Lura Jones (Richard), Lorrine Seeley (Ben)
Debbie graduated from Leavenworth High in 1982.
She was a very active member in her church and the youth programs, CYF and served as deaconess. She found immense pleasure in her needle lace-making, cross stitching, crocheting, that were very beautiful were often requested and given as gifts and presents. She always enjoyed reading a good adventure /action/ mystery book, as well movies, and playing all kinds of card games with family, friends, and particularly Grandma Swartz. She took great pleasure in baking and especially eating homemade bread.
She loved and doted over her children/kittens, Terry, Tom & Buddy.
Debbie worked many years as a TSA agent at the KCI airport and the Goodwill maintenance Co. at Ft. Leavenworth, but due ongoing health issues the last few years, she became disabled and came home to be with her mother.
Survivors include, her Mother Linda Morris-Stiles (Leroy Miller) of the home, Step Father Max Morris (Dana) Leavenworth, KS, Sisters, Angie Morris (Roger) South Carolina, Dawn Lorca (Andres) Chantilly, VA, Brothers Michael Morris South Carolina, David Stiles (Mende) New Boston, TX and aunts Dianne Pulley (Steve) St. Joseph, MO. Nieces and Nephews Andrea, Donavon & Addison (Lorca), Baylee Stiles (Edward Morgan), Ashley Lineker (Michael), Stephan and Damon (Stiles), Great Nieces Jackie & Mary (Morgan), Great Nephew Leonidas Lineker and ,First cousins Tammy Jones (Mike) Kirksville, MO, Mary Martha Bartholomew (Shawn) Keytesville, MO and several 2 nd cousins.
The family will receive friends and family from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday June 8, 2022 at the Davis Funeral Home 531 Shawnee Street Leavenworth, KS 66048 followed by funeral services at 10:00 a.m. Reverend Cape Rust officiating.
Debbie will be interred following services at the Mount Muncie Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers will be appreciated to the Law Animal Welfare Society Leavenworth, Ks
