Delta "Eileen" Whitehouse died peacefully at Kansas City Hospice House on December 5th, 2025 after a long battle with Alzheimer's and a short and voracious battle with stage 4 cancer.

Eileen was born October 17th, 1940 in Eastview, Kentucky. She was born to her parents Juanita Evans Scott and Walter O. Scott.

Eileen married Ronald Whitehouse on June 8th, 1963. Together they had 4 children and 5 grandchildren. They were together for 63 years.

Eileen was always a strong and feisty lady, who was fiercely devoted to her family.

She was a long time member at First Baptist Church, where she was well known for her spiritual gift of service to children. Eileen was a proud employee of the Leavenworth V.A. for 27 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Walter Scott, her son Kevin Whitehouse and her infant son Davin Whitehouse. She is survived by her husband Ronald Whitehouse, her 2 daughters, Tina McLeod, Trish (Quinten) Austin, her brother Sammy (Ginny) Scott and grandchildren Vaughn McLeod, Faith McLeod, Mya Austin, Bryce Austin, and Gage Austin.

Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel in Leavenworth Kansas on December 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
