Desiree D. Watkins, 42, Leavenworth passed away, Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

Desiree was born in Pensocola, Florida. She spent her early life going back and forth between Pensacola, Florida and Leavenworth, Kansas. She loved spending time with her family, as well as doing arts and crafts. She also loved gardening and spending time in the water. Desiree was also an avid photographer. She loved making memories! At her job Advance America, she loved the people she was around every day.

Desiree was preceded in death by her father William (Bill) Vandruff Jr. two grandfathers, William (Hap) Vandruff Sr. and William (Bill) Williams, and three grandmothers, Bonnie Banes, Nora Vandruff and Lottie Williams and an uncle Joe Vandruff.

She is survived by her husband Jimmy Watkins, three sons, Elijah Felix, Desi Felix, and Colten Watkins, one daughter Emily Watkins, two mothers Linda Moss and Susie Vandruff, one brother Scott Vandruff, and one sister Jenny Vandruff, as well as several aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Desiree is well loved and will be truly missed.

Celebration of Life will be 5 to 7 P.M., Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Davis Funeral Chapel.
