Dothrae "Dodie" Ketchum was born July 27, 1956 and passed away January 24, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her mother Barbara Ketchum. She is survived by her father Kenneth Ketchum(Rilda Pengra), her brothers Charles Ketchum(Robin), Clifford Ketchum(Brenda), and Frank Ketchum,  her sons Curtis Matousek(Rebecca) and Patrick Burns(Lillian), and her grandchildren Ryan, Campbell, Maxwell, Damien, and Willow.

Dodie was known as a mother to many of her son's friends and a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen. She will be remembered for having an open door for family and friends, even if her house was often a mess.  She touched many a young person's life by just listening.

Dodie worked 20+ years as a Leavenworth County Sheriff's Office Dispatcher. Even in retirement, she would bring lunches and drinks to her former co-workers.

There will be a celebration of life in April, and then she will be moved to her final resting place in Iowa in May.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to St. Jude Children's Research
