Edith Fry-Sneed passed away on December 3, 2021.
Edith was born on November 18, 1949. She was born into the Wyandotte Nation Kansas Tribe.
Edith is preceded in death by her oldest son, Christopher Fry who was 13 years old in September of 1983 and her daughter, Cheryl Born,46, who passed on March 23, 2020.
Edith is survived by her husband, George Sneed, two granddaughters, Nichole Goffnett and Alison Born, three great- granddaughters Kenzie Goffnett, Katherine Goffnett and Karaline Goffnett, her father Richard Younghans, brother, Richard Younghans, Jr., two sisters, Nancy Chronister and Sandra Myszka, a stepson, Charles Sneed, and a stepdaughter, Melissa Sneed, as well as several other family members.
Edith was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, daughter, sister. She will be missed by all. Edith will be in our hearts forever. May she now be with Cheryl and Chris in peace with Jesus and God. Amen.
P.S. She does not want to be brought back to vote anything other than Republican, per her words.
A celebration of life will be held at the park in front of the VA (Miller Park) on April 30, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. There are no bathrooms available at the park, please be advised. Please bring a lawn chair or your choice of seating.
