Eric Matthew Mustard,55, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Menorah Medical Center. Eric resided in Overland Park, Kansas.

Eric was born at St. John Hospital in Leavenworth, Kansas on December 18, 1965 to John and Annette Mustard. Eric grew up with his sister, Kelli.

Eric graduated from Lansing High School in 1984, University of Kansas in 1989, and achieved his Bachelor's Degree in Business and Political Science.

Eric worked as a technical support in both communications and Healthcare systems.

Eric is survived by his son, Alex Mustard of Lenexa, Kansas, mother, Annette Mustard of Lansing, Kansas, sister, Kelli Davis of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.

Eric is preceded in death by his father, John Mustard in 2009, both sets of grandparents, Cecil and Elaine Mustard of Leavenworth, Kansas and Wayne and Kathleen (Kay) Simon of Washington, Kansas.

Graveside service will be on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Mount Muncie Cemetery and will be officiated by Rev. Tim Hutabarat. Arrangements are entrusted to Davis Funeral Chapel.
