George Braswell Jr. passed away on February 5, 2022 at the age of 62.

In 1980, he married the love of his life, Teresa, and together they built a beautiful life. George loved his family to no ends, always putting them before himself. He loved to spoil his grandchildren, always making sure that each child felt special and that they knew how much they mattered. He enjoyed tinkering around the house, maintaining his many bird feeders, shopping for the best deals at Menard's, and spending time with his wife, the one thing he looked forward to the most.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Sr. and Georgia, his brother, Vincent, his daughter, Rebecca, and his sister, Georgette.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Teresa, their three children, George (Samantha) Braswell III, Christina (Jason) Manczuk, and Joseph (Heather) Braswell, their eight grandchildren, and his sister, Jean (Ken) Stritt and their three children.
