George Henry Retter (Bosco), age 93, died of natural causes January 6, 2022, at his home in Leavenworth,
Ks. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary D Retter; his son Mark J Retter; his son Gregory J Retter; and his daughter Patrice A Gradski (Retter), with husband Jack Gradski. He had four grandsons,
Marcus Retter and Michael Retter, sons of Mark Retter, as well as Maxamillion Retter and Caden Retter, sons of Gregory and Tracie Retter. He was a 1946 graduate of Immaculata High School.He was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War; was a member of St. Casimir's Catholic Church and a member of the church's Men's Society. He was the owner and operator of RB Refrigeration Heating and Cooling for over 50 years. Memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post 56 or the Parkinson's Foundation.  Rosary will be prayed 9:30 A.M., Friday, January 14, 2022 at St. Casimir Catholic Church, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Lansing, Kansas.
