Born September 30, 1983 at Fort Irwin hospital in Fort Riley, Kansas.
Passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. He fought a long, hard battle with diabetes and heart disease.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Vanessa Jackson, step-son, Max Schultz. Sister, Sarah (Jackson)and husband Jarrett Martin, Step Sister Alexandria Sanchez and wife Leah Sanchez and step brother, Cody Fante. Nieces, Olivia Martin, Bella Wiles, Nephews, Donaven Wiles and Jackson Goniwicha, Mother Julie and Claude Collins, Father Pete and Jennifer Jackson.

During his life he worked in home construction, lawn care, bike assembly and auto technician at Walmart, in his final years, Jerry and his wife, Vanessa run an in home daycare.

He was the ultimate home body, he loved tinkering around the garage, mowing his lawn, and spending time with family, and his four legged family members.
He also enjoyed photography, heavy metal music, playing the guitar and drums, cooking and watching the Chiefs over the years.

Proceded in death by his sister, Olivia Jackson, Niece, Michele Jackson, Nephew Jarrett Jackson Martin.
