Harry B Waters Jr., 89 passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

Harry was born in Leavenworth, Kansas to Harry B Waters Sr and Edna Mae (Davis) Waters on June 28, 1936. He attended K-12 in Leavenworth, Kansas, where he met the love of his life Maggie F (Hill) Waters. They were married on September 16, 1956. Harry started his career as a Draftsman/Estimator at Fosters Cabinets on April 30, 1963, where he stayed until his retirement in the early 2000's. Harry enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan as well as a NASCAR fan. His true passion was working in his yard. He had beautiful landscaping abilities, and his yard was always perfection, and he won awards on several occasions. Harry never missed Tuesday morning coffee at Pullmans with the "Guys" he truly enjoyed visiting and catching up with his buddies.

Harry is preceded in death by his mother and father, Harry and Edna Waters, wife, Maggie Waters, son, Robert Waters, 2 brothers, Tom Waters and Jack Waters, and sister, Mary (Waters) Warren.

He is survived by 4 grandchildren, Geoffrey Waters (Krystal) Nortonville KS, Savannaha Peterson (John) Topeka KS, Cory Waters (Corissa) St Joseph MO, Dylan Waters St Joseph MO 8 Great Grandchildren, Daughter in Law, Cynthia L Edwards Excelsior Springs MO, best friend, Chris Urban Leavenworth Kansas, Sister in Laws Charlotte Waters and Francis Waters, both of Leavenworth KS. He also has many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.

Per Harry's request there will be no services.

Graveside gathering to celebrate his life will be held at Mount Muncie Cemetery on Saturday, September 20,2025 at Noon.
