Howard Keith Willey, age 79 of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away October 2, 2021. He was born December 1, 1941 in Leavenworth, KS, the son of Howard F. and Elva (Smiley) Willey. Howard was married to Vickie Ann Baker on August 13, 1960 until her passing on February 9, 1995 after 34 years of marriage. He married Jinnie (Behrmann) Pettigrew on December 10, 2005 until her passing on February 16, 2021 after 15 years of marriage.

Howard served his country in the National Guard for 4 ½ years, enlisting right out of high school. His greatest honor was being an Assistant Fire Chief for the Leavenworth Fire Department serving the community for 20 years. He was also a delivery driver, real estate agent, and business co-owner. His love of RV travel and camping led to his last profession in life where he traveled for 10 years across the country with Jinnie as a KOA campground maintenance worker. He loved animals and sharing his life tales to all.

Howard is survived by his sister, Beverly McMillin of Leavenworth, KS and brother, Steven Willey of Winchester, KS; his daughter, Deborah Juneau of Jefferson City, MO, son, Rodney Willey of Tennessee, and daughter-in-law, Gail Willey of Ozark, MO; his step-children, Tami San Agustin of Overland Park, KS, Tim (Amy) Pettigrew of Arizona, and Tom Pettigrew of California; his grandchildren, Cyle Sanzone of Philadelphia, PA, Stephanie (Chad) Roberts of Jefferson City, MO, Ashley Willey of Springfield, MO, Michael (Lindsay) Juneau of Jefferson City, MO, Trevin Howard of California, Thomas San Agustin of Louisburg, KS, Taylor San Agustin of Maryville, MO and Tiffany Pettigrew of Arizona; his great-grandchildren, Ethan and Caylie Sanzone of Philadelphia, PA and Keegan Brooke of Springfield, MO; and many other family and friends.

Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Howard F. and Elva Willey; his son, Terry Willey; grandchild, Joseph Willey, and great-grandchildren, Able Ortega III and Baby Roberts.

Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel, Leavenworth, KS from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Saturday, October 9, 2021. The funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM. The burial will be held at Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Weston, MO at 12:30 PM.
