Idalee McKay, 82, of Lansing, KS passed away on November 27, 2023.

Idalee was born on December 8, 1940 to John and Hattie (Gibson) Tilton in Highland, KS.

Idalee married Jacob W. McKay, and were married for 66 years before passing. She worked at Hallmark cards and was a dental assistant, a teachers aid and retired from KinderCare after 20 years.

She enjoyed planting vegetables and flowers gardening and spending time with family.

Idalee was preceded in death by her parents, sister and brother.

Idalee is survived by Husband, Jacob McKay, daughter, Tamara (Barry) Caraway, granddaughter, Sommer (Bryan) Morris, and five Great-Grand Children.

She also had a great impact on many children's lives.

Memorial contributions are suggested to First Christian Church.

Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 10 to 11 A.M. Funeral Service will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 11 A.M. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.
