Jacob Honeycutt, 39, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Providence Medical Center.

Jacob is survived by his mom, Linda Smith, a  sister, Jessica Herzing, grandmothers, Mildred Crouse, and Helen Honeycutt, all of the Pennsylvania family and numerous family and friends.

Jacob in preceded in death by his father, Lynn Honeycutt, stepfather, Terry "Smitty "Smith, and a brother, Jared Honeycutt.

Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 1 to 3 P.M., at Davis Funeral Chapel.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Leavenworth Interfaith of Hope.
