Janice L. Weddle, 56, passed away Tuesday, January 11th, 2022. She was born in Leavenworth, Kansas to parents Harold and Vonda Wahler. She spent much of her life in Leavenworth where she married her first husband, David Fink. She married Tim Weddle in 2010. Janice had a few odd jobs over the years, including selling Avon, but her main occupation and joy was being a mother. She was a loving person and caring friend, always willing to help a neighbor and constantly adopting stray animals. She was a "second mom" to many of her childrens' friends and loved helping out at any school party with crafts and treats. She loved music, making crafts, and above all spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Ronnie Wahler. She is survived by her sister Karen Wahler-Soutter, brother Randy Wahler, husband Tim Weddle and her children: Brian Fink, Trista Fink, Tracy Ezekiel (Fink), Sarah Wilson (Fink), and Matthew Wahler. She is also survived by stepdaughter Kryssy and step granddaughter Saphira, along with grandchildren Zachary Fink, and Owen and Olivia Wilson.

Visitation will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 17th, 2022 at the Davis Funeral Chapel, 531 Shawnee St, Leavenworth, KS. Funeral service will immediately follow at 12:30 at the Davis Funeral Chapel with burial in Mount Muncie Cemetery in Lansing, KS.
