Kent F. Seeler, 67 of Leavenworth, KS, died Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital.

He was born August 9, 1954 in Leavenworth, KS to Royal Seeler and Ethel (Ehlman) Seeler. On June 12, 1976 he married Ava Lutte, the love of his life. She survives at the home. He is also survived by his three sons, Marcus Seeler, Kyle Seeler both of Leavenworth, KS and Justin (Vince) Seeler of Kansas City, MO; two grandsons Austin Castillo and Connor Baxter; and four siblings, Judy Camp, Mike (Lois) Seeler, Dennis Seeler and Cheryl Emmons.

He was preceded in death by his father, Royal Seeler and mother, Ethel (Ehlman) Seeler.

Kent was a lifelong mechanic by trade. He also had an avid interest in NASCAR, guns and vintage cars. He was also a lifelong dog lover and rescued several papillons over the years, all of which have preceded him in death as well. In the last year, he and Ava adopted two yorkie mixes that have more than become part of the family.

Many may have known Kent to have a sarcastic sense of humor. He was also one of the most caring people you could ever have met in your life. He would do anything for anyone who crossed his path.

Visitation will be from 5 – 7:00 pm Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Davis Funeral Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, any donations should be made to the family to help cover outstanding medical expenses.
