Margaret (Meg) Medland, 76, Leavenworth, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Meg joined her husband, David, of 52 years in heaven.
Meg left behind two daughters, Teresa (Jeff) Zilmer and one grandson, Jacob Zilmer, Annamarie (Clint) Cooley and one granddaughter, Amber Jones.
Meg enjoyed fostering dogs for L.A.W.S., spending time with her family and watching the Hallmark channel. Both David and Meg were huge animal lovers and would like all donations be made to the Hope Spay and Neuter Clinic through the Kansas Country Store.

There will be a Memorial Service for Meg and David Medland on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at The Rock of Ages Church, 1017 Randolph Street. Leavenworth at 2 P.M. followed by refreshments.
