Mark Alan Harmon, 65 of Lansing passed away on May, 31, 2024 at his home. He was born February 2, 1959 in Ottawa, KS the son of Harley J. and Ellen Louise Paul Harmon. He graduated from Turner High School with the class of 1977. He was employed as a warehouse manager for several years. He was married to Denise Carol Harmon for 31 years, later divorced.
Mark loved riding motorcycles, camping and fishing. He had such a soft heart for animals and would rescue anything and make it a beloved pet. Most of all he loved being around friends and family, proving an audience for his many stories and jokes. He is a proud, forever member of the "Boys Club." Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Louise Harmon, best friend "Butch" Eugene Underwood and many other dear friends. Survivors include his daughter, Andrea Harmon Hare ( Andrew), Ashley Harmon, Andrew Harmon, Alicia Harmon and Travis Stockman, 11 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, his sister, Sue Ellen Rollins, nephew, Travis Underwood, niece, Elizabeth Underwood and an earthly angel, Toni Sanders.
Cremation is planned. Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 9th, 2024 from 2-4 at the Davis Funeral Chapel, 531 Shawnee St., Leavenworth, Ks. Condolences can be received through the online guestbook atwww.davisfuneralchapelinc.com
