Mary Maxine Anstey, 76 of Leavenworth, Kansas passed away peacefully into the hands of her Lord and Savior on Saturday, 26 June 2021 at St. John's Hospital in Leavenworth, Kansas surrounded by her family after a long battle with Crohn's disease.

Mary was born on 18 Sept. 1944 in Arkansas City, Kansas to Paul and Edna Schuchman.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Paul & Edna Schuchman, Brothers, Bob, John, Ronnie and Marvin Schuchman, a sister, Pauline Bogart, and Baby Schuchman.

Mary and Bill Anstey was united in Marriage on 1 June 1974 in Arkansas City, Kansas with the honor of her older brother, John Schuchman,
a Baptist minister, marrying them.

Mary attended school in Arkansas City, Kansas.

She worked for many years in both food service and housekeeping.

Mary and her husband extensively traveled and lived in many places due to
her husband's military career. She was a wonderful military wife

Mary's favorite interest was traveling throughout Europe. She loved to
spend time with her Daughter Dana and her three Grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook and homemaker.

Mary is survived by her husband, Bill of the home, her daughter, Dana and husband Dan Price, of Leavenworth, three grandchildren, Darci and husband Taylor Elsenraat, of Hesperia, California, Derek Ljung and wife Mercedes (Sadie), of Roseville, California, and Devin Ljung, of Kansas City, along with two sisters, Pat and husband Dale Naden of Neosho, Missouri, and Lynn Jeannette Schuchman Riendeau and husband Roger, of Arkansas City, Kansas.

Inurnment will be held at Kewkirk Cemetery in Newkirk, Oklahoma on July 23, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. Arrangements entrusted to Davis Funeral Chapel.
