Michele Gayelene Holland, 63, Kansas City, Kansas passed away last weekend peacefully on Saturday March 23, 2024. Her mom Doris Jean Bateson and aunt Mary Lou Quinlan have preceded her in death.

Born November 11th, 1960 in Lawrence Kansas, Michele had and raised 3 wonderful boys and worked for various companies in the area. In 1986, she met John Holland, who 3 years later she married and spent 36 happy years together.

She loved country music, good food, her kids and husband, and enjoyed spending time with her aunt and best friend on yearly trips to the Caribbean.

Michele is survived by her husband, John, her sons Jeremy, Josh and Jerrod, her dad Bob Harper, her brother Gary, and two granddaughters Kyla and Keelyn who she loved dearly.

A small service will be held for family and friends to be arranged at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Davis Funeral Chapel which will be given to the University of Kansas Cancer Center for research into searching for cures.
