Paris began his life in St Augustine, Florida, the son of Frances and Howard Mingo, on August 6, 1945. His family moved to Waco Texas, where he and his 3 sisters, Lorraine, Marie, and Corie, went through school. When Howard passed away, Frances moved to Kansas. She remarried and added 2 half sisters to the family, Angel and Valerie. In the meantime, Paris married Sherry and had a beautiful daughter, Shannon (Jay). She blessed the family with a son, Paris Ryon, who married Kristen and they have 2 amazing sons, Cason and Camdon. Paris remarried in 2003 to Terrie, she survives at home. He spent his life building and customizing cars and motorcycles. The 1955 Buick Roadmaster "Firestix" was his pride and joy. He and Terrie drove it all over the country in the last 19 years and won many trophies. He was a charter member of the Leavenworth Cruisers. Paris fought hard to overcome his many health issues, but on August 25th he laid down his tools to take a much-needed break. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Leavenworth High School Automotive Technology Program or the Leavenworth Cruisers Automotive Scholarship Fund.
