Patricia "Patty" Alline Portwood, 78, Leavenworth, Kansas passed away Friday, August 26, 2022 in Leavenworth, Kansas.

Patty was born July 23,1944 in Amoret, Missouri the daughter of Ernest and Frances West (Sills). She graduated from Jarbalo High School in 1962. She married Michael Portwood in 1967 in Leavenworth, Kansas.  He preceded her in death 2003.

She is also preceded in death by her parents, sister Joan Lapham (2004) and three nephews,
Rob Reinhold (1989) and Jeff Perry (2010), and Kaleb Lapham (2018).

Survivors include her children, Leroy W. Seifert III, Wendy Seifert, Susan Rollins (David), Michelle Perry (Jimbo), Shayne Koontz  (Leslie), Lori Warden (Chris), thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and her sister
Judith Reinhold, Leavenworth, and several nieces and nephews.

Throughout her life, until 2000, Patty worked in customer service and Waymire's IGA several years where she met and
made lots of friends. She never met a stranger and would strike up a conversation with anyone as if she had known them her whole life.

Patty loved visiting and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She also loved reading, going on long
walks and watching Clint Eastwood movies. Her favorite places to vacation with her husband Mike were Colorado, Memphis, New Mexico and Las Vegas.

Her memory will be cherished. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
Memorial service will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.

Reception will follow the service at Davis Funeral Chapel.
