Ronald W. Riddle, 82 of Winchester KS, died on April 2, 2025. Ron was born on January 21, 1943, in Leavenworth KS, one of 7 children born to Ada (Johnson) and Manuel Riddle. He graduated from Easton High school in 1961.

Ron worked at Hallmark Cards for several years and ended his career as a Supervisor at Data Documents in Omaha NE. He found joy in gardening and in the hum of an engine. He spent countless hours tending to his crops, growing everything from hearty vegetables to beautiful fruit tree's. He had a lifelong passion for restoring Mustangs, old cars, and farm equipment—bringing forgotten machines back to life.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Ada and Manuel Riddle and his sister Rosella (Riddle) Harter. He is survived by his two sons, William (Anita) and Frank (Gina), his grandchildren, Jessica Riddle, Trevor Riddle, Levi Riddle, Tiffany Riddle and Erin Sampson, two great grandchildren, Brecken and Ciauna, his siblings, Raymond Riddle, Marilyn Shafer, Juanita Gwartney, Robert Riddle, Ruth Clamon, and a slew of nieces, nephews and cousins who loved Uncle Ronnie dearly.

Though he may have kept to himself, Ron leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and the quiet joy of a life well-lived. He will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In keeping with his wishes, Ron will be cremated, and there will be no formal service. He will be remembered quietly, just as he lived. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the earth he loved so dearly.
