Rose Marie Bollin, 87. Of Leavenworth, Kansas passed away Sunday March 24, 2024, with family members in the comfort of her home. Rose was born in Leavenworth, Kansas May 29, 1936 to William & Julia (Holt) Hensley. She graduated Leavenworth high school in 1955. She married Jerry Bollin Feb 25, 1956. Jerry preceded her in death, October 13, 2020, Rose loved working in her flower garden. She loved her house in the country and her children and family members. Rose was an active member of catholic church. Rose and Jerry were owners Shagbark Golf Course. Rose Bollin's personality is remembered by many patrons and friends. She enjoyed playing in the golf leagues. Surviving family members: sons Tab Bollin, Clayton Bollin, David Bollin, Joe Bollin of Leavenworth. There were six grandchildren, five great grandchildren. Sister Delores Estrada of Tucson. Rose was preceded in death by parents William and Julia Hensley siblings Edith Pratt, Marie Eisenring, William Hensley jr.(buddy), Luther Hensley, Della Giese, Gladys Asbury, Dorthy Williams, Cecil Mahoney. Visitation will be on April 2nd, 2024 from 5p.m. to 7p.m. Rosary will take place at 5p.m. at Davis Funeral Chapel, mass will be held April 3", 2024, at 10:30a.m. at St Joseph parish with dinner downstairs afterwards.
