Ruth Ann (Owens) Bucher, 79, of Leavenworth, Kansas was born on February 9, 1946, in Ottawa, Ks passed peacefully in her home on March 16, 2025.  Ruth was baptized into Christian Faith on November 4, 2023.

Ruth Ann married Jack Bucher on September 5, 1970, before moving to Clarks Mills, WI to raise their sons Daniel and Donald. She worked for Tecumseh Engines on the assembly line until she and Jack both retired and moved back to Leavenworth together.

She is survived by her son, Daniel Bucher, her brothers Robert (Bob) (Debbie) Owens, David (Donna) Owens. Her sisters Sue Roche' and Linda Griffith, sisters-in-law Diane Reynolds and Patricia Owens. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, including Great, and Great Greats that love and will miss her terribly.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Jack Bucher and son, Donald Bucher, her parents Evelyn and Ben Reynolds and biological father Robert and Lilian Owens, her brothers Mike Owens, Tom Reynolds, Tom Owens, Jim Owens and brother-in-law Paul Roche'.

Ruth will be cremated with a memorial service at Davis Funeral Chapel 531 Shawnee St. Leavenworth, KS 66048 on Friday April 11, 2025, 1:00-2:30 will be visitation a Eulogy at 2:30 -3:00 and a potluck at the reception area at Davis Funeral Chapel 3:00-5:00.  Ruth Ann will be buried next to Jack and Donald later in Easton Cemetery.

She will be remembered for her onery giggle and holding a can of beer.  She enjoyed watching the next generation grow up attending as many family functions as she could.
