Ryan Lawrence Weeks was born on August 7, 1975, in Kansas City, Missouri, and grew up in Platte City, attending school in the Platte County R‑III School District.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Bobbie Joe Weeks, and is survived by his daughters Kaitlyn(Paul) Wagner and Sawyer, his sister Rebecca (Keith) Brightwell, niece Kelsey Brightwell, grandchildren Saylor and Bishop, Aunt Linda (Ed) Thoms, and many cousins.

Celebration of Life will be held at The American Legion Post 58, 2607 NE State Route 92, Smithville, MO on Sunday September 27, 2026 from 3 to 6 P.M.
