Sandy, Clarissa, Somers, (NÉE Edward Francis Gast), age 67, died August 30, 2023 in Leavenworth KS.
Sandy was born November 11, 1955 to Francis Gast Jr, and Clara Metz Gast in Leavenworth, KS.
She graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1973.
Sandy served in the US Air Force from 1973 to 1976, then worked as a civil service federal employee before retirement.
Preceded in death by parents, siblings Robert, Jane, and Philip Gast, and spouse Gigi Somers.
Survived by son, Adam Gast (Andraya), brother Joseph (Julie), sister Joan Spridgen, and grandchildren Colton, Tucker, and Logan, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery on October 23, 2023 at 11 A.M.
