Sheri Wolfe Nolte, 61, passed away on August 22, 2022 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center after a hard battle with cancer. She was born on December 8, 1960 in Leavenworth, Kansas. The daughter of Jerry James Wolfe and Rita June (Whisman) Kallal. She moved to Atchison, Kansas to take care of her grandmothers Viola Wolfe and Ethel Fevurly of Leavenworth, Kansas. She met her husband Richard L. Nolte, Jr.  and married on April 4, 2004 in Atchison, Kansas. He survives of the home. Other survivors include her parents, Jerry James Wolfe (Carolyn) and Rita June (Whisman) Kallal ("Mel" Edward), two sisters: Randi Matuszek, Amy Wolfe, two brothers: Steve Martin, Michael Wolfe, 4 step-daughters: Arielle (Anthony) Stephenson, Amber (Dillon) Kinsman, Hannah (Kasey) Campbell, Richelle Nolte, several grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and four wonderful cats.

Sheri was a Telecommunications Engineer which let her travel and see the world. Sheri loved to Quilt, Scrapbook, Dance, and was a Pittsburg Steelers fan. She will take her final rest at Wise Cemetery in Winchester, Kansas. In honor of her wishes no services will be held.
