Suzanne "Susie" Seifert, 59, of Kansas City, KS passed away on Friday, June 17,
2022.
Susie was born on December 11, 1962. Susie married Joseph Andrew Seifert III
on August 17, 1985, in Leavenworth at Sacred Heart Church.
Suzanne attended Winnetonka High School, Class of 1981. Then she
accomplished a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State
University, Class of 1984.
Susie worked at Army National Bank before becoming an Accountant for Forest
T Jones where she worked for over 30 years.
Suzanne was an avid reader. She enjoyed watching cooking and travel shows.
Susie was a competitive tennis player in high school and college. Most of all,
Susie loved to play with her grandson.
Suzanne is survived by her spouse, Joseph Andrew Seifert III, children, Joseph
Andrew Seifert IV, spouse Suzanne Stafford Seifert and Samantha Nicole Norton,
Grandchild, Devlin Christopher Norton, mother, Laura Kay Burch, siblings,
Stephanie Burch Fahnestock, spouse – Michael Fahnestock, nephew Matthew
Fahnestock, spouse – Kristin Fahnestock.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her father, George Francis Burch, who died in
2013.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022, from 10 am to 11 am at the Davis
Funeral Chapel, 531 Shawnee Street, Leavenworth, Kansas. Memorial service will
follow at 11 am. at Davis Funeral Chapel.
