Thomas A. Risley

Thomas Arthur Risley, 72, of Leavenworth, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022.

"Tom" was born on June 25, 1950 in New Britain, Connecticut to Merton Israel Risely and Mae Adeline Walter Risley. He and his wife Carol were married in 1977. He loved motorcycles and guns. Tom joined the Army and served 20 years and hi second career was another 20 years with the State. He received his Associates Degree from Park College. He is survived by his wife Carol, of 45 years, his two daughters, Tanna Ross (Johnnie) and Betsey Billingsley (Chad). Tom is also survived by his grandchildren, Brooklin and Brailea Billingsley and Mychelle and Jerry Ross.

I'm sure he is already talking to his long-time friend, Michael Beckham about those motorcycles and guns.

Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 5 to 7 P.M. Graveside service will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 11A.M. Arrangements entrusted to Davis Funeral Chapel.
