Variese Jeanether Johnson affectionately known as "Fee" passed on January 11, 2024.

She was born on June 29,1950 at Munson Army Hospital to the late Leo Fitzpatrick and living Buelah Fitzpatrick. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by 2 siblings Lenora Diane Williams and Leroy Tanner Jr. Fee graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1969. She was a Jill of all trades, retired nurse, computer systems operator, clerk stenographer . She was also employed in Fort Leavenworth, KS as a computer operator with the United States Army.

She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Fee is survived by her mother Buelah Fitzpatrick, sisters Helen Thomas and Cleo Dennis. She married George Johnson Jr. (deceased) of Elizabeth City, NC and from that union they had daughters Salandra R.Johnson(FL), Terina A. Johnson (KS), Georgett S. Johnson (NC) and son Jeramy C. Johnson (KS) and was the proud grandmother of grandsons Makael and Makai Lucas (KS).

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, you better not even think about taking her on playing rummy, spades or bones! She cared deeply for her animals Angio, Master's(deceased) and Precious (deceased) and was passionate about fishing, gardening and spending time in her yard laying in her self-made hammock.

Her "Celebration of Life" will be held Tuesday, January 23 rd from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at Davis Funeral Chapel (531 Shawnee Street, 66048) in Leavenworth, KS.
